If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help you! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return the product in exchange for a voucher or a direct refund using the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions.

– It is not possible to exchange items if there is no actual damage to the printed image or paper. Please contact customer service for feedback on the actual status of the problem, including photographic documentation.
– Items must be returned in their original packaging and packaged in a manner that does not compromise their integrity. In this regard, please use the utmost care when handling the print, avoiding touching the printed part with your fingers as you are very sensitive to changes in PH
– Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

1. Contact our customer service at support@openeditiongallery.com
2. Once the feasibility of the return has been verified, the collection of the item will be organized at an address indicated by you
3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
4. Send all items to us using the provided label and original packaging
5. Once we have received the item and assessed the damage status, we will contact you to arrange an exchange, send a voucher or direct refund using the original payment method.

More information:

– The waiting time for the evaluation of the status of the article requires at least 48h from receipt of the package
– The customer service uses the right to refuse the process of return or exchange of the article in case there is no obvious cause attributable to the printing or shipping of the article
– In case of return, the time of generation of the voucher or refund with the original payment method is at least 48h from the approval of customer service
– In case of refund, a confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The amount will be refunded according to the payment method used during the order. The money can be displayed on the account between 4 and 10 days, depending on the payment method used and the bank of reference.
