Massimo Leardini is best known for his scandinavian photographs of the human form. He often photographs his subjects for many years, developing trust, resulting in images of great intimacy, and creating the effect of people naked but comfortable in their own skin. Massimo was born in Cattolica ( Italy ) in 1959. In 1988, he moved to Norway where he became one of the most sought-after photographers in Scandinavia. Roted in the classical tradition, Leardini uses his unique aesthetic sensibility to capture the human body entwined with the timeless Scandinavian landscape. He works with portraits and fashion and collaborate with several magazine and his personal work has been published in several books and exhibited widely around the world.
